In the estimate process the vehicle is inspected and information relating to the damage is entered into the computer program. This data is compiled into an estimate. There may be additional damage that can not be seen until the vehicle is disassembled.
At this point the damaged areas of the vehicle needing repairs are fully disassembled and inspected for any additional loss related damage that may have been overlooked during the preliminary estimate.
The insurance adjuster will review the estimate and work with our staff to agree upon a repair plan.
The parts required to complete the repairs are ordered. We utilize a vast network of suppliers and in most cases receive our orders the following business day.
In this process the vehicles frame and/or unibody are returned to factory specifications utilizing several methods including straightening and/or replacement using sonar measuring systems or fixture benches.
In this process exterior panels are repaired or replaced depending on severity of damage.
In this process the new or repaired panels are sanded smooth before being primed, painted and finished with a glossy clear coat.
During the paint process many of the parts are painted off of the vehicle. In this step the vehicle is reassembled and all systems are checked for proper operation.
In this process the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Any minor imperfections in the newly painted surfaces are polished and the vehicle is given a final inspection to be sure all concerns have been addressed.
In this final step all required paperwork is completed, arrangements are made for final payment and the customer is notified that their vehicle is ready for pick up.
