After moving to Fairfield in the late 80’s, John became employed with Roadrunner Tow. He would later joinn the racing efforts of Roadrunner Motorsports, Inc. which was owned by Roadrunner Tow. Turning his knowledge of organization in a different direction, he turned to American Autobody Specialist Inc. where he began creating the standard operating procedures for each department. Receiving his Platinum ICAR certification in estimating, John focuses on customer care and quality control. With flashlight and magnifying glass in hand, he can be found late at night checking and rechecking each repair.
Born in Napa and raised in Vacaville, Mike has been working around cars since high school. In 1993, he became employed with Roadrunner Towing – the sister company of American Autobody Specialist. Working around damaged vehicles and people in distress, Mike shifted to the auto body business becoming an estimator for American Autobody Specialist in 2002. His friendly and welcoming attitude makes him the leading in our customer care performance rating. Mike is dedicated to his customers and will even walk their dogs or wash their cars on the weekend if they need it.
Clay haas been an estimator for over 25 years. A son of a body shop owner, his knowledge ranges from detail to owner and everything in between. Being the newest member of the American Autobody Specialist team, his experience with collisions and repairs makes him a valuable asset to this organization. With his ease of conversation, he is able to gather all the important information that is needed to fully complete each repair. With his multiple certifications and experience, Clay takes the worry out of the repair process for all his customers. He has all the insurance companies on speed dial so that our customers come first.
